Yes, we have complementary shipping world wide.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Canada will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For more information please visit our shipping information page.
Yes, you can include a personalized message in your purchase. For this option, please write your message in the order note area during the checkout process. This option may result in a shipping date of up to 18 days.

Gold, Black Gold, Rose Gold, Rhodium and Platinum Jewelry:

Sterling Silver Jewelry:

Shipping

- Ground Delivery: Please allow between two and ten working days from the date of your order to your delivery date. Certain exceptions may apply for addresses outside our regular delivery areas.
- Urgent Delivery: For urgent deliveries, ensure your order is placed before 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) and you have contacted and received confirmation from a Belvoria Internet Shopping Specialist by emailing hello@blevoria.com to have it delivered within three days. Certain exceptions may apply for addresses outside our regular delivery areas.

For security and verification purposes, Belvoria is unable to process orders with a P.O. box address as the shipping destination. We require a physical address to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items.

Returns
Returning an item couldn't be easier! Products purchased on belvoria.com may be exchanged or returned to belvoria.com or to one of our Belvoria boutiques, up to 14 days from the date of delivery. We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Belvoria packaging. For more details please refer to our Refund Policy.
