By acquiring, accepting, and utilizing your Belvoria Timeless Gift Card ("Gift Card"), you consent to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them thoroughly before use.

Gift Cards are issued and managed by Belvoria. We maintain the authority to modify or revise the terms of operation of the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice. This includes the rights to: (a) change the conditions of the Gift Card scheme; (b) refuse issuance of Gift Cards; (c) cancel or invalidate Gift Cards due to reasons such as (i) misuse or attempted misuse of the program, (ii) any actions or attempted actions contrary to these terms, (iii) suspicion of fraudulent activities or tampering with a Gift Card; (d) conclude the Gift Card scheme.

Gift Cards are dispatched electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase as soon as possible.

Gift Cards are exclusively available in digital format. Belvoria does not offer physical Gift Cards.

The use of Gift Cards to buy additional Gift Cards is prohibited.

Gift Card purchases are not eligible for discounts. All transactions involving Gift Cards must be paid in full using an accepted payment method (Credit Card, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any other approved payment service).

Each Gift Card recipient must be placed as a separate order, as we do not support orders for multiple Gift Card recipients in one transaction.

Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for Belvoria merchandise online at our designated website.

Note that Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Possession of a Belvoria Gift Card does not guarantee the availability of any product for purchase.

Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance that is unused after this period will not be refunded.

When purchased alone, Gift Cards are exempt from processing or shipping charges.

You bear the responsibility to ensure that your use of the Belvoria Gift Card adheres to these terms and conditions.
